If your provider doesn’t use this label, you should ask how services will operate during peak times, particularly if you’re on the NBN. For other services, such as ADSL, there are fewer speed guarantees available.

Nothing is more frustrating than when your internet connection goes down. Before giving your internet service provider a call to fix it, there are a few things you can try at home first.
While these things may not always lead to a fix, it will help to isolate the issue. This means your ISP should be able to skip a lot of the troubleshooting steps with you and start the process for resolving the issue sooner.
As of February 2019, 8.8 million Australian homes and businesses are able to connect to the NBN network, compared to 6.5 million in March 2018. The rollout is expected to be completed by 2020, which means there isn’t long left to wait if your address is still awaiting serviceability.
