How do excesses work with Everyday Insurance?

  • Learner driver excess 
  • Age under 25 years excess
  • Undeclared young driver excess 
  • Inexperienced driver excess.  

How do I make a claim? 

Claiming with Everyday Car Insurance is easy. There are two ways to make a claim: 

Online 

Everyday Insurance has made making a claim online simple by providing 24/7 access to your own My Insurance Portal. You can lodge a claim on the portal quickly by reviewing your pre-entered details. 

Phone 

If you aren’t keen on lodging a claim online then you can always call their dedicated claims team on 1300 10 1234.  

Whilst you’re waiting for your claim to be completed, you can keep track of it on My Insurance Portal, available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you can contact the claims team during business hours from Monday to Friday.13Everyday Insurance from Woolworths – Make a claim

Payments 

Everyday Insurance  accepts payment via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card., Insurance premiums  can be paid annually or monthly. They do not accept BPAY payments at the moment.14As above
