Rob Clancy

Chief Executive Officer

Rob Clancy is the CEO of our Australian comparison business, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across retail banking, insurance, energy, and personal finance. He began his career at National Australia Bank, where he gained invaluable insights into customer service and banking operations.  
 
With a deep background in retail banking, Rob is dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs, championing transparency, and simplifying complex choices. 
 
Rob’s previous executive roles have positioned him as a transformative leader, driving growth and operational excellence. Known for his commitment to digital innovation and fostering collaborative cultures, underpinned by his passion for CARE (Customers Are Really Everything), Rob is passionate about empowering consumers to make informed decisions.

Sonya Oakley

Chief People Officer

Sonya has led the Company’s People, Safety and Wellbeing function since joining iSelect in April 2019. An astute, pragmatic and authentic leader, Sonya has an extensive understanding of strategic and operational best practice gained through her roles in mid to large businesses over more than 20 years.

Her work in people and culture has spanned many industries including technology/telecommunications, hospitality, retail, professional services and heavy manufacturing.

Sonya holds both a Bachelor of Economics and Masters in Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University. She is also a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Paul Coco

Executive – Digital Marketing

Paul joined iSelect in March 2017 as Head of Digital Marketing, before moving into the role of Head of Marketing in 2020 and was then welcomed into the iSelect Executive team in 2021.

Paul has a breadth of experience and knowledge across all facets of digital marketing having previously worked on digital marketing strategies across various industries including financial services, education, health insurance and Government sectors.

Paul started his marketing career at Dentsu Aegis, a multinational media communications agency where he specialised in performance marketing. He developed over his time there to lead multiple highly skilled digital marketing teams and joined the management team as a business director helping to grow the adoption of their products and services across clients.

Paul holds qualifications in Digital Marketing, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (BSc) from Deakin University and has completed consecutive modules of a Mini MBA in 2020 and 2021.

Lucy Rayment

Chief Customer Officer

Lucy joined iSelect in April 2023 as Executive – Brand and Customer.

She brings to the role a wealth of experience across strategy, brand, marketing, customer experience management, compliance and operations. Lucy has been responsible for successful delivery of a number of large-scale change programs during her career. She has extensive experience in both the financial services and healthcare sectors and her career has also spanned a number of other industries including telecommunications, utilities and retail.

Prior to joining iSelect, Lucy spent eight at Auto and General, where she held a number of senior roles – most recently as Associate Director Customer Experience and Advocacy.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Joint Hons) from Cardiff University and a Master of Arts from Griffith University.

Mark Pangrazio

Executive – Commercial

Mark first joined iSelect in 2018 as Head of Commercial for Health & General Insurance, before joining the Executive team in May 2023 as Executive – Commercial.

Mark is an accomplished commercial director with over 15 years’ senior management experience in contract management and negotiation, partnership management, business development, people and client strategy, business transformation and improvement. He has a proven track record in maximising commercial outcomes and driving financial performance for large organisations.

Prior to joining iSelect, Mark spent over a decade at Farstad Shipping (Indian Pacific) Pty Ltd in a variety of roles culminating in Commercial Director with responsibility for business growth and strategy for the Asia-Pacific region.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Deakin University.

Andres Gutierrez

General Manager – Health

Andres is a commercially focused finance leader with over 15 years of experience spanning financial and management reporting, business partnering, and financial analysis. Since joining iSelect in 2017, he has held several key roles including Finance Business Partner, Group Financial Controller, and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, before being appointed General Manager – Health in 2023. 

Known for his strategic thinking and strong leadership, Andres excels at turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. He is highly regarded for his ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, enabling informed and efficient decision-making aligned with strategic goals. 

Andres holds a Master of Professional Accounting from La Trobe University, is a CPA, and has also studied at Melbourne Business School. He’s fluent in Spanish and French. 

Julia Paszka

General Manager – Utilities

Julia is an accomplished senior leader with accountability for driving revenue, managing costs, and delivering overall financial performance. Since joining iSelect in 2018, she has held several key product and portfolio leadership roles, culminating in her appointment as General Manager – Utilities in 2023.  

Julia brings a strong commercial mindset and a passion for innovation, underpinned by deep expertise in Agile development methodologies and a sharp understanding of evolving consumer needs. She has a proven track record of driving digital product success, returning portfolios to growth, and delivering strategic outcomes in fast-paced, collaborative environments. 

Julia is committed to continuous learning and development, both professionally and personally. She thrives on solving complex challenges that sit at the intersection of customer value and business impact. 

Adrian Bennett

General Manager – General Insurance

Since joining iSelect in 2018, Adrian has held a range of key roles across finance and transformation, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Finance Manager – Technology & Transformation. He was appointed General Manager – General Insurance, Life and Loans in 2023. 

Adrian’s background spans finance and operations across sectors including retail, utilities, and financial services. He brings a strong mix of commercial insight and a practical ability to turn strategy into action. He has a track record in process re-engineering, strategic modelling, and leading business transformation initiatives that deliver tangible outcomes.  

He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
