Alicia is a content and community marketing consultant with a passion for making complex information accessible and enjoyable. That love for storytelling led to seven years at Oxford University Press, where she worked as an editor and publisher managing the literacy and dictionaries portfolio. 

She later joined A Cloud Guru, a tech education startup, where she discovered her knack for working with subject matter experts and simplifying dense, technical material. After the startup was acquired, she led a post-merger team of 15 content strategists, social media managers, and community managers, creating educational content for a global IT audience. 

Now, Alicia runs her own consultancy, Digital Sublime, helping tech and professional businesses grow through content and community marketing. She holds communication and publishing degrees from the University of Melbourne and RMIT. In her spare time, she enjoys gaming, embroidery, horror movies, and spa days.
