I had two wonderful experiences with iSelect. I firstly was looking to set up electricity and gas at a new residence, and went through the website. I was called promptly by a very kind and patient Rahul. He walked me through the whole process and put my mind at ease. He then asked if I needed health insurance. I had always been nervous to make the switch and have stayed with my last policy for 12 years. I was handed over to Elsha. She was extremely patient and talked me through many options and answered my many questions. Not only did we get my quotes sorted, we had a laugh, and that made everything seem less stressful and overwhelming than what I was anticipating when going through this process. I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger yet and was sent the quotes to look over. I had some follow up questions, and I flicked through several emails to Elsha, who was quick to respond and answered my questions, while keeping her fun loving energy, even through email. This gave me the confidence to go through the process! I am very pleased with the service I was provided and felt the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, all while saving my money on my policies.
