That said, some existing NBN connections also don't require a home visit, depending on which service class you fall under. There are a number of factors that can impact the speed of your NBN service, particularly congestion due to the number of people and devices connected to the internet at any one time. With more members of your household spending more time at home - including working and studying online, your congestion is likely to increase. One component you can control is your modem. It may be worth considering upgrading your modem to ensure you are maximising your internet's performance across multiple users.
