One of the most interesting parts of life is our ever-changing wants and needs keeping us on our toes. As we age our focuses do too. Whether it’s our burgeoning careers, our love life, starting a family or our health, your age can impact what matters most to you.

Our own health is likely top of mind for most of us no matter our age, but the way we regard it may have altered since we were in our 20s or 40s. People aged over 65 were more likely to be hospitalised than younger age groups with the rate of hospitalisations 981 to 1,469 per 1,000 population, compared to that of people aged between 0 to 64 ranging from 84-598 per 1,000 population.1https://www.aihw.gov.au/reports/older-people/older-australians/contents/health/health-service-use 80% of those Aussies aged over 65 are also likely to have at least one chronic health condition.2https://www.aihw.gov.au/reports/older-people/older-australia-at-a-glance/contents/health-functioning/health-disability-status
