Q.There are two kinds of energy offers – market offers and standing offers. If you have been with the same provider for some years without changing plans, then you are most likely on a standing offer. Market offers are what you see advertised and are generally the retailers' best available plans. They often include generous introductory discounts or discounts for paying on time.
