What does Lumo Energy offer?
Lumo Energy operates in Victoria and South Australia and offers both electricity and gas products, so you can combine your energy needs to make life easy. Queensland and New South Wales were serviced by Lumo, but have now been transferred over to Red Energy (also owned by Snowy Hydro).
How does Lumo reward their customers?

What are solar feed-in tariffs?
Well, solar energy is a type of renewable energy generated from the light of the sun (you’re probably well aware of this). So it’s better for the environment. If you have solar panels installed on your roof, the power that’s generated will feed into your home and then any excess electricity will be fed back into the grid for other Australia households to use. So what’s a solar feed-in tariff? A feed-in tariff is essentially a reimbursement, which will appear as a credit on your energy bill. Think of it as a “thank you” for sharing some of your solar energy. How much rebate you receive can depend on:

Lumo makes payments super easy, with no fees on debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) And when it comes time to pay up you’ve got a lot of ways to do it:
Direct Debit: when you join Lumo, you’ll just need to set this up and then you’ll be good to go.
BPAY: biller code is 275602 and you’ll find your reference number on the second page of your bill.
Call 1300 926 153: Lumo’s phone line is open 24/7.
EvenPay®: pay equal amounts via direct debit weekly, fortnightly or monthly at no extra cost.
Cheque: you can post a cheque to Lumo Energy, GPO Box 5450, Melbourne, VIC 3001.
Pay in person at Australia Post: you can do this by cash, EFTPOS or cheque.

Can I manage my account online?
Sure can. Lumo has a great online account platform, which is super easy to use. You can use it to:
Check how much gas and electricity you’ve used

See your energy usage for each day, month or year

Do Lumo offer any concessions or rebates?
Yes, Lumo offers concessions and rebates to those who meet the criteria and this will vary between Victoria and South Australia. To be eligible you must have one of the followig concession cards:
Pensioner Concession Card (PCC). This card is issued by the Department of Human Services (formerly Centrelink) or the Department of Verans' Affairs.
Health Care Card (HCC) issued by the Department of Human Services (formerly Centrelink).
Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card.
Make sure your concession card is valid and the name on your Lumo account matches up with your card, otherwise you might have problems claiming the rebate.
