Laura Crowden

Laura Crowden has appeared as a guest on many of Australia’s most popular news programs, and is a contributor to the iSelect website.   

Laura first joined iSelect in 2015 as Public Relations Manager and later stepped into the role of Corporate Affairs Manager.  During this time, she was iSelect’s primary consumer spokesperson and was a regular guest on some of Australia’s leading news and current affairs television programs including Seven News, Nine News, Sunrise, Today and A Current Affair and various talkback radio programs.   

Passionate about educating Aussies to save time, effort and money, her money saving tips have been featured in the Herald Sun, Daily Telegraph, The Age and Sydney Morning Herald as well as leading online news sites such as News.com.au, New Daily, 9Finance and The Guardian.    

Returning to iSelect after having her second child, Laura spent a year as Brand and Communications Manager before taking on the role of Managing Editor in September 2023 to lead our newly created Editorial Team.  

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) Honours from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business (Public Relations) from QUT.  

Laura lives in Melbourne with her husband, two young sons and cat. When she’s not reviewing website copy, she enjoys reading, running and G&Ts.
