CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. The promotion period begins on July 5th, 2010 at 12.00 am and ends on January 30th, 2011 at 11.59 pm.
  3. Eligible entrants must purchase a qualifying health insurance policy through iSelect Health. Qualifying Health Insurance policies are any hospital policy, extras policy or any combined hospital & extras from iSelect's participating funds. Entrants can view qualifying health Insurance policies at www.iselect.com.au. Each entrant can only participate in 1 weekly draw. Cancellation of existing Health Insurance policies purchased through iSelect and purchase of a new Health Insurance policy will not qualify for entry to the weekly draw.
  4. Employees of any member of the iSelect group of companies, any of their immediate family as well as any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry in this competition.
  5. There are 30 weekly draws. All draws will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay St, Port Melbourne, Vic. 3207. Winners will be advised via email. By entering, you consent to have your name published if you win on www.iselect.com.au and in the Australian newspaper.

    All draws close at 11.59 pm. All prize draws will take place at 3.00pm.
  6. Each week, qualifying entrants may nominate which prize they would like to win. There is a choice of 7 different vouchers with one voucher to be won each week. Vouchers are valued at $500.00 each. Vouchers available for selection are Coles/Myer Gift Card, Village Cinema Gold Class Cinema Gift Card for Family, Flight Centre Voucher, Harvey Norman Gift Card, Rebel Store Voucher, Bunnings Gift Card and Ticketek Voucher.

    Total prize pool is $15,000.00 for the 30 weekly draws.
  7. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on May 9th, 2011 in order to distribute the prizes if any remain unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required the winner will be notified via email and their name published in The Australian newspaper on May 13th, 2011.
  8. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
