• If you purchase a life insurance policy and receive acceptance by the relevant life insurer you are then eligible for a $50 Coles Group and Myer Gift Card.
• To be eligible for a Gift Card you must purchase over the phone before 8:00pm Wednesday 30 June 2010.
• If you have completed your life insurance purchase with iSelect and received acceptance by the relevant life insurer before 30 April 2010 you are not eligible to receive this Gift Card.
• To be eligible for a Gift Card you must mention the word 'life' when purchasing through iSelect's contact centre.
• All cards are issued via registered post and no replacement cards will be sent, and can take up to 60 days to deliver.
• The offer is not open to existing iSelect customers who cancel and repurchase during the offer period.
• The offer is only available to Australian residents and is not redeemable for cash.
• iSelect reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer without notice.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer provided by iSelect.
• Customers must make their first payment of premium on their life insurance policy within 30 days of completion of their insurance.
• Customers who cancel their policy within 30 days of purchase will be ineligible.
