Participating Funds
iSelect is a comparison service from participating health funds. These funds (or insurers) may change from time to time and are not intended to represent all funds or policies in the Australian marketplace.
Importantly, each of iSelect’s participating funds are registered health benefits organisations under the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.
iSelect receives a commission from the relevant participating health fund whenever a customer enters into an insurance policy arranged by us. The health fund generally pays a percentage of the base premium, and this amount is not an additional charge to the customer.
The commission received enables iSelect to provide our service to Australian consumers. It does not represent our profit as it also reimburses the administrative and range of other expenses we incur in providing our services.
